Job summary

Collaborative Support Programs of NJ Inc. (CSPNJ) seeks part-time Wellness Associate(s) to support guests during their stay, help them learn crisis coping skills, and work toward a personal recovery plan.

Under the Program Manager, you will link guests to services and resources in the community with another Wellness Respite Associate. Responsibilities include documenting treatment information, maintaining service-plan records, providing guest counselling, and advocating for access to needed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging education sessions for diverse audiences.
• Strong assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills during crisis situations.
• Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow team protocol for charting and recording current treatment information for guests.
• Maintain accurate records related to the service plan and support services provided.
• Provide residential (guest) counselling and support guests to develop coping strategies.
• Advocate for access to community resources and coordinate socialization/recreational opportunities.
