Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa seeks a friendly Shuttle Driver to assist guests with luggage, manage airport shuttles, and provide courteous transportation services. You will greet guests on arrival and departure, coordinate pickup/drop-off options, and help with lobby coverage while ensuring safety and excellent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, hospitality background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with guests tactfully and diplomatically.
• Licensed to drive a motor vehicle; must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and airport shuttle/drop-off arrangements.
• Provide lobby doors coverage and greeting for arriving/departing guests.
• Communicate pickup and drop-off options to guests via email or text.
• Transport guests safely along predefined routes with courteous service.
• Complete daily logs and any required vehicle reports.
