Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring in New York to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will guide clients through service packages, memberships, and retail offerings, while re-engaging past customers to maximize rebookings and growth.

The role blends hospitality, wellness, and sales in a fast-paced studio environment. You’ll greet clients, schedule bookings, and educate on services, benefits, and at-home care while contributing to a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or commission-based experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality meets wellness.
• Comfortable asking for the close and handling objections without losing momentum.
• Strong communication and follow-up via phone, text, or in person.
• Weekend availability during busy hours.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness.

What You'll Do

Sales & Client Growth

• Conduct studio tours and confidently present and close service packages and memberships
• Own outbound client outreach: re-engage past clients, follow up on leads, and drive rebookings
• Consistently hit membership, package, and retail sales targets
• Serve as the go-to expert on Restore's services so you can sell with confidence, not just familiarity

Client Experience

• Greet and assist clients, and manage phone, text, and voicemail follow-up
• Handle booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Onboard new clients: waivers and POS profile setup
• Educate clients on services, medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care

Studio Operations & Culture

• Open and/or close the studio, keeping it safe, clean, and welcoming
• Represent Restore's mission and Hyper Wellness lifestyle in every interaction
• Help build a studio culture where every team member feels valued and recognized

Qualifications

• You're motivated by sales and goals, whether that's commission, bonuses, or just the drive to win. At least 1 year of sales or commission-based experience preferred.
• You have at least one year of customer service experience. Hot tip: Restore is technically retail, but we don't have a retail vibe, this is closer to hospitality meets wellness meets sales floor.
• You're comfortable asking for the close and handling "let me think about it" without losing momentum.
• Communication and follow-up are strong suits, you're just as good on the phone and by text as you are in person.
• Working weekends doesn't bum you out, that's when the studio's busiest and the best opportunities to sell happen.
• You're genuinely into health and wellness, or at least curious enough to become the expert fast.
