Qualifications

• Active NYS RN License required
• 3+ years of Quality Improvement experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA standards
• Background in ambulatory care, community health, or med-surg preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Comfortable collaborating across interdisciplinary teams
