Job summary

Millennium Health and Fitness, Inc. is seeking a site lead for installation-level health promotion programs. You will plan, implement, and coordinate wellness activities, including screenings and health fairs, while overseeing staff and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires CPR/AED/First Aid certification and a background in health education or related fields, with 3 years’ program experience and 1 year of supervisory duties. Great benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required.
• Experience leading a health promotion program preferred.
• Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid required or as specified.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site lead, plan and coordinate implementation of health promotion activities at installation level.
• Conduct wellness screenings, classes, incentive programs, and health fairs.
• Perform biometric measurements including finger sticks, height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure.
• Educate participants on health awareness and lifestyle modification.
• Provide orientation and training to new staff and communicate policy changes.
• Ensure staffing meets scope of work and adjust schedules for workload.
• Evaluate programs and provide progress reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of health promotion topics and secure supplies and files.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the contractor project manager.
• Support mobile worksite events as applicable.

Education

BA/BS in Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Health Education, or related field

3 years’ experience in Health Promotion Program

1 year management/supervisory experience

CPR/AED/First Aid certification

NASM Wellness Coach Certification

CHES Certification
