Millennium Health & Fitness, Inc. is seeking a Health Promotion Specialist for a full-time, Monday–Friday role in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering health promotion activities, conducting screenings, and educating participants to promote healthier lifestyles. Requirements include a BA/BS in Public Health or related field with 4 years of experience, CPR/AED and first aid certification, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Health Education or related field is required or recommended, with 4 years of experience in the discipline.
• Current CPR/AED and first aid certification.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Proficiency in performing health assessments and screenings as part of a Health Promotion program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Health Promotion program.
• Conduct health screenings and biometric measurements (finger sticks, blood pressure, height/weight/BMI).
• Educate participants to encourage positive lifestyle changes.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and files are secured and maintained per guidelines.
• Support mobile worksite events as applicable.
