Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related discipline.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications required by start date.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating, and delivering programs including budgeting and promotions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work demands.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, market and implement health and fitness programs and events.
• Manage delivery processes and staff, ensuring proper training and certification.
• Provide on-site instruction and fitness assessments as needed.
• Monitor participation and measure program outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus partners to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Support daily operations and facility oversight.
