Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A background coordinating wellness programs is preferred.
• Experience with benefit providers or wellness vendors is preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple locations is preferred.
• Experience in a school district or large organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate an annual employee wellness calendar aligned with the school year.
• Plan and implement district-wide wellness activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and wellness vendors to maximize resources.
• Identify opportunities to integrate wellness initiatives with district activities and communications.
• Manage wellness incentives and recognition programs and assist with wellness funds administration.
• Develop surveys to identify wellness interests and participation barriers.
