Job summary

Scottsdale Unified School District 48 is seeking a 0.5 FTE Employee Wellness Coordinator to develop, coordinate, promote, and evaluate the District’s employee wellness program. The role collaborates with Payroll & Benefits and site Wellness Champions to deliver wellness opportunities for District employees.

The position requires coordinating activities across schools and departments, promoting health resources, and engaging employees to improve well-being throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating wellness programs preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual employee wellness calendar aligned with the school year.
• Coordinate district-wide wellness activities, campaigns, and events.
• Promote available wellness resources to employees and provide materials.
