• Develops and designs programs with the assigned facility, ensuring competencies, training, reporting and documentation.
• Supports regional teams, operations, and new program design and implementation of new products and services.
• Develops and implements tools to evaluate program effectiveness and manage outcomes.
• Reports program participation and outcomes quarterly to stakeholders.
• Prepares and presents educational information aligned with the wellness program's mission.
