Geisinger is seeking a Wellness Program Specialist to lead community and facility-based wellness initiatives, including on-site screenings, education, and program development for the wellness team and partners.

The role oversees program design, evaluation tools, reporting outcomes, and collaboration with Health Services, Marketing, IT, and other departments to promote healthy lifestyles across our PA communities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare-related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and designs wellness programs for facility and community partners.
• Provides on-site screening support and education as needed.
• Develops tools to evaluate program outcomes and reports quarterly to stakeholders.
• Coordinates with Health Services, Marketing, IT and other departments for program alignment.
• Manages calendar and promotes activities in collaboration with marketing.
• Resides in Lackawanna, Luzerne, or surrounding counties; some remote work may apply.
