You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage records, and report outcomes to leadership while coordinating events and wellness communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree-Healthcare Related Degree is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required.

• Develops and designs wellness programs for the facility ensuring training, reporting, and documentation.
• Supports regional teams, operations, and new program design and implementation.
• Implements tools to evaluate wellness program effectiveness and manage outcomes.
• Reports participation and outcomes quarterly to stakeholders.
• Provides on-site screening and health coaching as needed and coordinates events.
• Represents the facility at community events and coordinates onsite activities.
