Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, commercial product roles, wellness, employee benefits, healthcare, or leadership development programs.
• Experience designing, managing, or evolving products and solutions that integrate multiple modalities to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
• Skilled at using quantitative and qualitative insights to connect market needs, customer insight, and business priorities to product direction.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including business, commercial, operational, and product partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear stakeholder-facing and field-facing materials.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into commercially relevant product recommendations and practical action.
• Strong organizational judgment, prioritization, and follow-through in high-visibility work.
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape Wellness Product Strategy by developing recommendations, evaluating market opportunities, and translating needs into differentiated product opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional development by aligning teams across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Product.
• Lead business case development, gating, and implementation planning for wellness initiatives and enhancements.
• Ensure offerings are operationally sound and commercially viable in a matrixed environment.
• Lead market and customer insight integration to refine positioning and future direction.
• Support market positioning and field enablement with clear value propositions and market-facing materials.
• Maintain product performance insights and portfolio roadmap by tracking KPIs and identifying gaps and opportunities.
