Ideal candidates will be experienced in fast-paced environments and share our commitment to holistic health. Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth as our practice expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office setting.
• Proficient with scheduling and practice management software, especially MindBody.
• Ability to communicate warmly and confidently about health and care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members warmly and manage all communications with clarity.
• Manage appointment schedules to optimize office flow.
• Maintain office organization and serve as a bridge between staff.
