Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Pace, FL is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, manage patient flow, and promote wellness plans to boost membership and clinic growth.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced retail healthcare setting. You will support scheduling, patient inquiries, and community outreach while maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated in a goal-driven environment.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
