Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Corporate Wellness Sales Representative to engage communities, educate on spinal health, and drive patient acquisition across multiple regions. You will travel to events, build key relationships with businesses and organizations, and support regional teams with coaching and development.

The role emphasizes meeting performance metrics, delivering exceptional service, and presenting at workshops while maintaining deep knowledge of our wellness services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to educate and persuade diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building with community partners and clients.
• Experience meeting/exceeding sales metrics in B2B/B2C settings.
• Comfort traveling for extended periods (overnights/weekends).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Execute Community Outreach Program including health screenings, workshops, events, and health fairs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting TVG‑Medulla, LLC values.
• Collaborate with teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Record activities in online database and manage event funds/documents.
• Assist in marketing calendar development with Marketing Department.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and policies.
• Identify and pursue new sales and event opportunities based on regional markets.
• Be prepared to present at regional workshops and trainings.
• Support training and development of team members.
