Qualifications

Position: LPN Night Shift (Part-Time)

We are seeking an LPN for our night shift (7 pm - 7 am) to work every other weekend.

Role Responsibilities:

As an LPN at our community, you will assist with the delivery of personal care services to residents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will help maintain a supportive physical, social, and psychological environment conducive to residents' welfare.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed RN/LPN in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
  • Previous RN/LPN experience in Assisted Living preferred.
  • Knowledge of state and local regulations related to senior housing.
  • Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to supervise staff using independent judgment.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, and authorities.
  • Compassion and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Teamwork and individual responsibility skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Memory care experience required.
  • Ability to monitor resident health and ensure safe care delivery systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must meet health requirements and pass background checks.
