Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager to supervise the wellness team and provide hands-on nursing care, including medication passes. The role requires an active LPN or RN license and strong knowledge of care standards.

EMR experience is preferred, with a focus on resident safety and compassionate service. The position is PRN with a flexible shift schedule and a pay range of $30–$41 per hour, offering opportunities for growth within Arrow Senior Living’s care

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Direct hands-on nursing care including medication passes.
• Thorough knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Superior Supervisor in absence of department heads.
• Lead Wellness team and other departments to ensure resident-centered care.
• Accurately document resident assessments and medical records.
• Provide compassionate, professional care ensuring resident safety and well-being.
