Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager to lead the Wellness team in Westlake, OH. You will oversee daily care, participate in assessments, and ensure resident safety and high-quality service.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage on-site operations during shifts. Excellent communication and a resident-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing in state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulations and laws.
• English literacy for resident communication.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Wellness team and act as Superior Supervisor when department heads are unavailable.
• Be available to assist with call lights and requests, showing urgency to resident needs.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver compassionate care and ensure residents feel safe and cared for.
