Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias required.
• Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
