Fairmont of Westlake seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our 100-bed senior living community in Westlake, OH. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants in daily activities, ensuring safety and quality care in a therapeutic environment.

As part of our Montessori-Inspired Living® team, you will uphold dignity, respect, and the Lifestyle Pledge while fostering compassionate care for both residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read and write in English clearly.
• Previous nursing experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations is desirable.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state and local standards and regulations to maintain high-quality care.
