Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking an RN/LPN to deliver personal care services to residents daily within a licensed senior housing community. You will help maintain a safe and compassionate environment, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while communicating clearly with residents, families, and officials.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, with preferred memory care experience, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations for licensed senior housing.
• Ability to supervise department employees with independent judgment.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, community, and officials.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Demonstrated organizational and documentation skills.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
