Massage Envy Ardmore is seeking a friendly, dependable Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This hands-on front desk role focuses on greeting clients, scheduling, membership sales, and delivering a welcoming experience while contributing to clinic goals.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail experience, strong communication and math skills, and are comfortable educating clients about memberships and services.

Qualifications

• Have previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience; spa or wellness experience is a plus
• Are friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with clients
• Can confidently educate clients about memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products
• Are comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals
• Have strong computer, math, communication, and multitasking skills
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately
• Can remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Take initiative and follow through on assigned responsibilities
• Are comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients
• Have an interest in massage, skincare, stretch, and overall wellness

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a friendly, welcoming experience
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions promptly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and check clients in and out for appointments
• Educate clients about Massage Envy memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products
• Sell memberships and help the clinic meet sales and retention goals
• Rebook clients for future appointments and encourage consistent wellness routines
• Recommend retail products based on service-provider guidance
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective, new, and existing clients
• Collect payments, process transactions, and maintain register accuracy
• Assist with membership questions, account updates, and basic client concerns
• Support service providers and help keep the clinic running smoothly
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and other assigned front desk responsibilities
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow all clinic policies and procedures
