Job summary
Perspire Sauna Studio 4S Ranch in San Diego, CA is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our member services team. You’ll connect with guests, promote wellness memberships, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused environment.
Requirements include 1+ year sales or customer service experience, evening/weekend availability, and a genuine drive to help people experience infrared sauna and related therapies. Earn hourly pay plus bonuses and a free IR sauna membership.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance.
- Ability to promote wellness memberships and services.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
- Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
- Accommodate members and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Administer studio tours for new guests.
- Answer questions about services and the facility.
- Maintain a clean facility and sauna rooms.
- Manage towel supply area and facility turnover.
