Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Lenexa is seeking a Part-time Membership Sales Associate who delivers outstanding customer service while promoting infrared sauna memberships. You will greet guests, explain the science behind IR therapy and chromotherapy, and drive sales in a friendly, commission-based environment.

This role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and a flexible schedule (15–25 hours/week) including mornings, mid-days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Consistently great team-player attitude.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• 3 weekend shifts per month

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm
• Promote IR Saunas and the value of Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Explain the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere
• Use software to manage appointments and sales (MindBody a plus)
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer questions about services and the facility
• Provide consistent, top-notch customer service
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize towel supply area
• Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership support
