Perspire Sauna Studio of Downers Grove is seeking a Part-Time Membership Sales Associate to join our upscale sauna studio. You will sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere, reach out to leads using our CRM, and promote the benefits of IR Saunas while helping guests feel welcome.

Evening and weekend availability is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and towel area.
