Perspire Sauna Studio in Raleigh, NC is seeking energetic, sales-driven Membership Sales Associates who are passionate about wellness and turning great guest experiences into lasting relationships.

You’ll be the face of the studio, lead tours, recommend memberships, follow up on leads via phone and text, and work toward monthly sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, polished environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, beauty, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills are important.
• Guest-first mindset and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and hospitality.
• Explain Perspire experience and give studio tours.
• Recommend memberships that fit guest goals.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and other channels.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready studio.
