Qualifications

• One year of sales experience or more.
• Ability to complete transactions using point of sale software and keep patient accounts current.
• Strong phone and computer skills are essential.
• Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
• Prioritize and perform multiple tasks efficiently.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Share personal Chiropractic experience in conversations.
• Work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communicate effectively with members and patients.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in an organized manner.
• Stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients, check them in with the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
• Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Keep clinic clean and organized; present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Inform management of member concerns and follow policies.
