Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team in Midland, TX. The role focuses on growing memberships and delivering world-class service to patients in a busy clinic.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, strong phone and computer skills, and a customer‑centered approach. This full-time position offers hourly pay with bonus potential and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Complete transactions using POS software and keep patient accounts accurate.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories to relate to patients.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to stand for long periods and communicate effectively with members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Greet members and patients, check them in to see the chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re‑engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
