Palmetto Bluff invites applications for a Wellness Member Experience Associate at the Palmetto Bluff Club Fitness Center. You will greet members, support classes and appointments, handle café transactions, and assist with daily operations in a friendly, professional manner.

The role emphasizes welcoming service, accurate point-of-sale handling, and maintaining clean, organized studios. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; four-shift per week schedule

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional presence at the Palmetto Bluff Club Fitness Center front desk four shifts per week, greeting members, checking participants into classes and appointments, supporting instructors, and assisting with daily operations.
• Complete front desk operational tasks, including Wellness Café transactions, retail sales, member inquiries, daily billing, and appointment coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout all studios; complete assigned facility sweeps and inspections.
• Core responsibility is to maintain the overall upkeep of the Palmetto Bluff Club Fitness Center front desk.
• Process Wellness Café and retail transactions accurately, provide product recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Attend required quarterly All-Hands meetings, training sessions, and other required team gatherings.

Job Summary: The Wellness Member Experience Associate plays a vital role in creating and maintaining a welcoming, polished, and hospitable environment for members within a dynamic club setting. This position delivers exceptional, personalized service at every touchpoint while supporting the daily operations of the Wellness Department. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to member service, facility presentation, and ensuring a seamless wellness experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure a safe, welcoming, energetic, and well-structured environment for all wellness classes, services, and member interactions.
• Deliver a high level of personalized service and attention to members before, during, and after classes and wellness appointments.
• Uphold and role model department standards for exceptional member experiences.
• Serve as a professional presence at the Palmetto Bluff Club Fitness Center front desk four shifts per week, greeting members, checking participants into classes and appointments, supporting instructors, and assisting with daily operations.
• Complete front desk operational tasks, including Wellness Café transactions, retail sales, member inquiries, daily billing, and appointment coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout all studios; complete assigned facility sweeps and inspections.
• Core responsibility is to maintain the overall upkeep of the Palmetto Bluff Club Fitness Center front desk.
