Are you a compassionate RN leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while mentoring and developing others? We’re looking for a Wellness Manager to join our dynamic clinical leadership team.
In this role, you’ll oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood , ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care. As the Wellness Manager, you’ll lead the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of clinical services while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Beyond managing daily operations, you’ll play an integral role in coaching, mentoring, and precepting nursing staff, helping them build their clinical expertise and grow professionally. Your leadership will directly impact resident outcomes, staff engagement, and the overall success of the team.

Compensation: Salary range starting at $110k, with eligibility for annual bonus.
