Job summary

Oakmont of Concord, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Wellness Nurse for a part-time schedule (Sun–Mon) in Concord, CA. Pay ranges from $27 to $30 per hour, training is provided, and parking is available at the community.

The Wellness Nurse coordinates resident care, medications, and documentation under medical direction, ensuring residents stay as independent as possible. Licensing and CPR/First Aid may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California nursing license in good standing.
• Experience in RCFE preferred but not required.
• Able to operate a computer and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and medications for residents.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and state agencies.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments as ordered.
• Support Medication Technicians and assist with resident assessments.
• Document thoroughly in resident charts and communicate updates.
