Job summary

St. John’s United seeks a Wellness/Life Enrichment Coordinator to develop, implement, and monitor wellness programs for Skyridge residents under the Director of Community Life. This role supports health, fitness, and engagement across care levels, fostering a vibrant, resourceful community.

The position emphasizes the Seven Dimensions of Wellness and active outreach, including health fairs and education presentations, with hands-on activity leadership and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of community resources, events and opportunities to keep wellness programs engaging.
• Ability to develop, plan and coordinate activity programs independently.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage time with multiple staff, residents and other personnel.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn calendars, posters, and communication tools.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work both independently and in a team.
• Must possess a valid MT Driver's License; CDL endorsement preferred.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities for residents in multi-level care.
• Create, enhance and maintain wellness and life enrichment programs.
• Prevent resident participation burnout and keep activities engaging.
• Develop and maintain resident participation and engagement.
• Lead exercise classes and group activities.
• Coordinate and transport residents for off-campus activities.
