Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities for residents.
• Ensure activities meet social, educational and spiritual needs.
• Assess new residents and choices of activities.
• Develop monthly activity calendars with staff.
• Attend Care Plans in skilled nursing departments.
• Lead two monthly Activity Committee meetings (where applicable).
• Coordinate calendars and bulletin boards for residents.
