Job summary

St. John’s United is seeking a Fitness & Wellness Coordinator to oversee health and wellness classes for residents under the supervision of the Director of Community Engagement.

This role helps the Life Enrichment Team coordinate group events and assists in developing activity calendars that meet social, physical, and educational needs. The position requires certifications in fitness instruction and may require a driver’s license, with an emphasis on resident safety and mission-driven service

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; fitness certifications required (independent/group fitness, yoga, Pilates, etc.).
• Six months experience in a similar setting preferred.
• Valid MT Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host health and wellness classes for residents.
• Develop monthly activity calendar for residents.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment team for group events.
• Coordinate with Restorative Team for mobility exercises.
• Complete necessary documentation.
