Qualifications

• Customer service cycle completion required.

• Basic math skills for pricing and stocking.
• Adherence to safety and wellness guidelines and PPE usage.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Orders, receives, and merchandises products following proper guidelines for merchandising, rotation, sanitation, pricing, mechanizing, and quality standards.
• Provides accurate health and nutritional information without prescribing specific products or therapies.
• Maintains a working knowledge of wellness products and non-wellness items to assist customers effectively.
• Adequately accepts, orders, receives, prepares, packages, labels, displays, stocks, replenishes floor stock and inventories merchandise.
• Follows procedures for processing known loss, invoices discrepancies, special orders, and transfers.
• Keeps the department orderly and clean.
• Helps customers make product selections by answering questions and providing information.
• Creates a welcoming environment and delivers excellent customer service.
