Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across all levels of care. The role includes direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities while prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ well-being, reporting changes to supervisors, and supporting proactive, personalized care within a not-for-profit senior living community.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent training meeting state requirements.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment).
• If transporting a resident, must have a valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisor promptly.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA)position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$16.79 - $21.03 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
