Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on daily living support to residents across levels of care. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and mobility, always prioritizing safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents' well-being and promptly reporting changes to supervisors to enable proactive, personalized care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent training meeting state requirements.
• Current CPR certification (or eligible to obtain within three months of employment).
• If transporting a resident, must hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of automobile liability insurance.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care. Provides direct, hands‑on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$17.28 - $25.87 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
