Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents across all levels of care in Woodside, DE. You will assist with daily living activities while prioritizing safety, comfort and dignity.

The role requires completing an approved CNA program and current CPR certification; a valid driver’s license is needed if transporting residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent state‑required training.
• Current CPR certification or plan to obtain within three months of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance if transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to supervisor.
• Prioritize resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) position. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$16.79 - $21.03 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
