Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop regional growth strategies and service area objectives.
• Develop strategies to optimize referral capture, retention, leakage reduction, network integrity, and physician access.
• Model business cases, pro formas, strategic and financial plans to ensure fiscal viability of operational plans.
• Lead physician alignment, recruitment, and integration initiatives.
