Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Saratoga Springs is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Coordinator to deliver a friendly, efficient patient experience at the front desk. This customer-facing role supports clinic operations, schedules appointments, and helps grow membership by presenting wellness plans.

As part of a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, you will greet patients, manage flow, handle inquiries, and collaborate with chiropractors to ensure a positive visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Keep the front desk and clinic environment clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
