Massage Envy East Hollywood is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our wellness-focused team. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, answer inquiries, and guide members and guests toward suitable retail products to enhance their spa experiences.

The role rewards strong phone etiquette, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Training supports growth in hospitality and sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
