Job summary

Massage Envy Hawaii is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to be the face of our clinic in Kahului. You will greet guests, promote services, assist members, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

This in-person position offers part-time or full-time hours with 8-hour or 4-hour shifts, including various weekday and weekend shifts. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission and benefits like health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a social, wellness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and good vibes.
• Answer questions, educate, promote services and wellness program.
• Process retail and membership sales.
• Create positive client resolutions and make clients feel heard and cared for.
• Keep front desk clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support staff and members throughout the facility.
• Light custodial duties and maintain a calm inviting atmosphere.
