Job summary

Massage Envy Hawaii is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You’ll greet members with aloha, help them find wellness services, and support the team to keep the clinic running smoothly.

This role offers both part-time and full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends. In addition to a fun, wellness-centered culture, you’ll enjoy benefits and opportunities for advancement as you help guests feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests with a smile.
• Answering questions, educating, promoting the wellness program and services.
• Processing retail and membership sales.
• Creating positive client resolutions that leave every client feeling heard, valued and cared for.
• Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Making friends and creating relationships in our community.
• Supporting staff and members throughout the facility.
• Light custodial duties: help create an atmosphere where wellness happens, clean/freshen bathrooms, vacuum, sanitize treatment rooms and surfaces, laundry, restock retail solutions, empty trash, and work with the team to keep the clinic atmosphere calm and inviting.
