Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for full-time work in Treasure Valley. The role focuses on a warm patient welcome, smooth front desk operations, and opportunities to grow membership and wellness plans in a retail clinic setting.

You will balance customer service with sales, schedule appointments, and maintain records using POS software across multiple locations. A team-driven, results-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel between Treasure Valley clinics.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
