Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our Caldwell clinic. This role focuses on greeting patients, managing the flow of visits, promoting wellness plans, and supporting clinic growth in a fast-paced retail health setting.

Ideal candidates have a year of customer service and sales experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and a professional, energetic approach to helping patients feel welcome and informed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel between the six treasure valley clicnis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
