Qualifications

• Licensed Master of Social Work (MSW) under OMH state regulation, able to provide supervision.
• Trained in Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), evidence-based practices, and clinical theories.
• Well-versed in handling crisis response and suicidal ideations.

Responsibilities

• Student Support: Conduct counseling and develop intervention strategies for 30–40 students per social worker.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to crises, assess and report, provide immediate support.
• IEP/504 Documentation: Maintain documentation and participate in meetings.
• Community Resource Connection: Link families with mental health, housing, and financial resources.
• Data Tracking: Monitor treatment plans and outcomes.
• Assessments: Perform FBAs to identify student needs.
