Job summary

Questar III BOCES is seeking a dedicated, full-time School Social Worker to support its Special Education programs. You will provide vital clinical and advocacy services to help students navigate school adjustment challenges and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities include counseling, crisis intervention, transition planning, and strong home-school collaboration to support student success.

Qualifications

• Certification: NYS School Social Worker certification is required.
• License/Experience: NYS Clinical Licensure (LCSW/LMSW) and prior experience with special education students are highly preferred.
