Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, seeks a Public Area Attendant for our Wellness Floor to ensure the spa environment is pristine and welcoming. You will clean and maintain all Wellness Floor areas, assist with towels and amenities, and help guests with requests to enhance their visiting experience.

Ideal candidates will have a high school education or equivalent, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work eight-hour shifts with variable schedule.
• Must endure long periods of standing.
• Must assist with towels, cups, weights, and cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle laundry cart.

Responsibilities

• Keep Wellness Floor areas neat, vacuumed and dust-free.
• Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean.
• Set up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, fitness center, pre-treatment area and pool.
• Respond to guest requests on The Wellness Floor.
• Retrieve and fold towels; manage product delivery and storage.
• Work weekends, nights and holidays.
