Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, seeks a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to oversee guest rooms and public areas, maintaining Four Seasons standards with hands-on leadership. You will set cleaning schedules, train staff, and coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely readiness.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping team, with strong organizational, English communication, and computer skills, including OPERA PMS and HotSOS.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of managerial or supervisory experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping environment.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with OPERA PMS and HotSOS; computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations and front/back of house areas.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff; ensure Four Seasons standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office to ensure timely guest room readiness.
• Manage schedules and maintain quality and cleanliness across all spaces.
